The Direxion Daily South Korea Bull 3x Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the MSCI Korea 25/50 Index. The Fund seeks daily leveraged investment results and does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than one day. The Fund is different and much riskier than most exchange traded funds.


The Index is designed to measure the performance of the large and mid cap segments of the South Korea equity market, covering approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in South Korea. The companies included in the index have an average market capitalization of more than $5.45 billion dollars and a median market capitalization of $2.58 billion dollars as of March 31, 2013. Additionally, as of March 31, 2013, the Index is concentrated in the information technology sector, but this concentration may change in the future based on the Index’s methodology and the varying nature of South Korea’s economy.

 

The Direxion Daily Brazil Bull 3x Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the MSCI Brazil 25/50 Index. The Fund seeks daily leveraged investment results and does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective over a period of time greater than one day. The Fund is different and much riskier than most exchange traded funds.

The MSCI Brazil 25/50 Index is designed to measure the performance of the large and mid cap segments of the Brazil equity market, covering approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in Brazil. The companies included in the index have an average market capitalization of more than $5.95 
million dollars and a median market capitalization of $3.10 million dollars as of March 31, 2013. Additionally, as of March 31, 2013, the Index is concentrated in the financial sector, but this concentration may change in the future based on the Index’s methodology and the varying nature of Brazil’s economy.
